For each project we analyze the solutions that can achieve success in a sustainable way, considering any economical, social and socio-cultural conditions. We always take into consideration current scientific knowledge and practical expertise. We can ensure our commitment towards quality, through the following:
- Technical Support. On site project teams are provided with extensive technical and administrative support. This is carried out from the initial project planning stage up to the elaboration of an operational monitoring and assessment system.
- Strategic Cooperation. With the purpose of complementing the current know-how, we strategically cooperate with other businesses and international and local institutions.
- Preparatory missions to develop and assess project concepts. In order to adequately prepare offers and proposals, collaborators investigate the corresponding site in order to obtain more information on the surrounding environment.
- Monitoring and Assessment. In regards to fundamental project and quality management systems, ACH attributes special importance to the installation of the operational systems that record and prepare key provable data, and with the objective of making the correct decision in conjunction with precise actions available at different levels.
Among the characteristics of the constitution of our work in projects, we consider in a transversal way, the development of approaches, based on the cooperation with all the stakeholders involved in the process, with participation of target groups. Part of this, is the feasibility to continually revise the concepts of development and project approach, and if necessary, adapt them in a constructive dialogue with clients and interest groups.
